About Jennifer Johnston-Clark: Photography

I have been doing photography for a while now, and I cannot believe how lucky I am to be living my dream. I wake up every morning and pinch myself. I have the most fantastic, unique, and interesting clients. Every job I get is a new adventure, and its incredible. My life is an absolute adventure and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I love shooting the variety of life. Any culture, any religion, any sexuality. Everybody has a story to share with the world, ... and my camera!

    Wedding: Cherie and Campbell

    Tuesday, May 4th, 2010

It was a gloomy day. The clouds were coming in thick and grey, and I was worried. Thankfully the rain held back, and we even had about 3 minutes of gorgeous sun peeking through the clouds right in the middle of doing some bridal party shoots, yay :D Cherie looked so so so gorgeous, and Campbell looked super handsome in his suit! It was a beautiful ceremony, small, intimate, special! And all the kids running round made it totally giggle worthy, loved it :D

Thanks for being so fabulous guys, and also a big thanks to your bridal party… they totally rocked even the weirdest photos ;)

    Enjoy:

Man, that was an awesome day :D :D

    Wedding: Andrew and Jess

    Thursday, April 15th, 2010

I think she is delicate, like a butterfly’s wing. Graceful and beautiful. I think she is also strong, brave and funny. Jess is one of a kind. She makes you smile a thousand smiles, and laugh a million laughs. She makes you think more deeply than you thought you could.

He is quiet, thoughtful, generous. A thinker. He knows what it truly means to be a good person. And he loves. He loves so big, so brightly, so incredibly warm. And he loves her.

He holds her, and she rests into him, and you can see the whole universe just pause around them for a split second, because in that second there is room for nothing but their love.

Andrew, Jess, thankyou so much, thankyou for letting me into your lives. For letting me get to know you both so well. And for sharing your love with me. You are both truly wonderful people. Nico and I both wish you the happiest marriage possible, …. how could it not be :)

    Enjoy:

I love this moment with Jess and her Mum:

A sequence that Nico took, haha love these:

His jumping shots were better than mine lol, JEALOUS ;)

    And their beautiful first dance:

Love to you both, can’t wait to show you the rest :D

    Jen!

    Wedding: Linzi and Roger

    Monday, March 22nd, 2010

Family. That was the important thing on Linzi and Rogers wedding day. Family… such a large and wonderful family. All of their children and grandchildren were just so happy for them both, you could see it in their eyes, the way they laughed and smiled, the amazing speeches they gave. Nico and I both felt so honoured to be there photographing their day. We were challenged by heat and super bright sun, but we had an awesome time :D Oh, and the meal was YUMMO, thanks so much for inviting us to sit down and eat guys :D Here are a few photos from the day, enjoy:

    Wedding: Megan and James

    Wednesday, March 10th, 2010

Being proposed to under the Eiffel Tower, …. it’s like a scene from a movie. But for Megan it was a reality… how incredibly amazing is that ;) What I love is that they carried the Eiffel Tower theme through to their wedding day, which was an awesome idea :

Megan and James are just such a fantastic couple, we had alot of fun doing bridal party shots (if they have gotten over my mentalness haha). And I loved doing all the extra family shots during the reception, a fun family, and a lot of laughs!! Here are some of my favourite shots from the day, enjoy:

…..seriously the best celebrant ever, never laughed so much at a ceremony.

    Hahahahaha:

Thanks guys, for letting us photograph your awesome day :D Can’t wait to show you the rest!!
